1. You can book the apartment through the website or by email.
Once you have booked the apartment, we will send you an invoice which you will pay to confirm the booking.

Keys can be picked up from our office in Kouvola.

Cancellations

If you cancel 15 days before the agreed time, there will be no charge

If you cancel 14-8 days before the agreed time, we will charge 50 %

Cancellation 7 days before, we will charge 100 % of the booking price.

The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was when entering the apartment.

If the keys are not returned we will charge the customer the costs of replacing locks.

All our apartments are non-smoking.

Pet fee 10 euros.

The rules of the housing association must be complied with.
